Our Quality Policy
In ASCAR Astilleros de Cartagena we understand that our activity of electrical services, painting, naval mechanics, carpentry, welding, lamination and esplanade for all types of floating devices can achieve a continuous improvement of the organization through the implementation of the Quality Management System according to the EN-ISO 9001 standard and thus have a useful tool through which to optimize the quality of our services, as a way to increase the level of satisfaction of both its customers and the members of your organization.
Accordingly, the principles on which ASCAR Astilleros de Cartagena bases its quality policy are:
- Maintain the due level of exigency with our suppliers in order to ensure the quality of their supplies or services, and the necessary level of diligence with our customers to ensure their satisfaction with our actions.
- Create a culture within the organization that allows us to anticipate the needs of our customers, assuming the satisfaction of their expectations as our main objective.
- Involve all members of the organization in the development and continuous improvement of the quality system of ASCAR Astilleros de Cartagena.
