Solé Iberia distributes in Spain the brands Mitsubishi Marine, Dong-i, Technodrive, Solé Advance, SPW, Hyundai SeasAll, Cox and ePropulsion. It also markets Cox in North Africa and Hyundai SeasAll and ePropulsion in Portugal. The company offers a wide range of solutions for the marine industry, both for recreational and professional use.

Founded in 1912, Solé Advance specialised in the marine sector in 1949 with the manufacture of engines, becoming a benchmark brand. Solé Diesel designs and produces robust, reliable and easy to maintain engines, with power ratings ranging from 16 hp to 272 hp. These engines are designed for multiple applications, both recreational and professional, offering customised solutions according to the needs of each customer.

All products are developed and manufactured at the Martorell (Barcelona) plant, meeting the highest quality standards and guaranteeing customer satisfaction. Solé Advance is the evolution of the emblematic Solé Diesel, consolidating its commitment to excellence and attention to market needs.

Solé Advance motores

Solé Advance was founded in 1912 and in 1949 it specialised in the marine sector with the manufacture of engines, being today a reference brand. Solé Diesel designs and manufactures robust, reliable and easy to maintain engines from 16 hp to 272 hp. Designed for multiple applications, both recreational and professional, with the best tailor-made solutions for each specific need.
The products are developed and manufactured in the Martorell factory (Barcelona) with the highest quality standards and looking for the satisfaction of its customers.

Cox

Cox Marine, founded in 2007, with the aim of offering a completely new concept in marine diesel engines to revolutionise the marine market, the Cox Marine 300 V8 was born.

With a team of experienced engineers and access to the best technologies in the marine industry, Cox Marine has managed to merge the best of both worlds. Thanks to a private investment of over £120 million, they have turned their ideas into reality, producing the powerful Cox Marine 300 V8 diesel outboard engine, which has been in full production since May 2020. Also joining the family is the newly launched Cox Marine 350 V8.

ePropulsion

EPropulsion manufactures electric outboard motors from 1 kW to 6 kW power, equivalent to 3 to 9.9 hp, and electric inboard motors from 10 kW to 40 kW power. Its purpose is clear: to enrich the sailing experience in a clean, ecological and sustainable atmosphere for the environment and marine life. With this goal in mind, ePropulsion develops quiet and environmentally friendly engines. Electric outboard motors are applicable for all types of vessels: sailboats, fishing boats, workboats, dinghies and dinghies. Electric inboard engines are applicable for: recreational marine and commercial vessels, in small and medium sized boats.

Solé Advance generating sets

Solé Advance manufactures high-performance generating sets for all types of vessels, with a constant and safe supply.  The range of Solé Diesel models covers from 6 KVa to 180 KVa, single-phase and three-phase, 1500 and 3000 RPM, and uncabinned or cabined for better soundproofing.

It also has synchronised generator sets for parallel operation and Type Approval certified models, which meet the most demanding conditions.

Solé Advance is the new brand name of the Spanish manufacturer Solé, formerly known as Solé Diesel.

Hyundai Seasall

Hyundai SeasAll is a Korean company established in 2009 after years of research by Hyundai engineers to adapt automotive technology into innovative marine engines. The company constantly invests in R&D for further development, always committed to innovation, quality and customer satisfaction.

Hyundai SeasAll manufactures inboard marine engines from 200 to 700 hp with the aim of providing the comfort and safety at sea that its cars provide on land; resulting in advanced, reliable and fuel-efficient engines.

SPW

SPW is a German family-owned company, founded in 1988, manufacturer of folding and turning propellers for sailboats. SPW manufactures Variprop and Varifold propellers designed to get the most out of your boat. Each propeller is individually studied according to the type of boat and intended use.

Variprop GP propellers allow up to 10% higher performance, available in 2, 3 and 4 blades that are easily positioned for sailing. Varifold propellers combine the benefits of a fixed propeller with those of a low drag folding propeller when under sail. They are available in 2, 3 and 4 blades and are characterised by low noise and vibration levels.

Mitsubishi Marine

Dong-l

Dong-I Industrial CO was founded in 1900 and produces marine transmissions, among other products for the marine sector. It specialises in the entire process of product development and application: design, implementation, production, sales and service. It is characterised by constant innovation and the achievement of challenges, resulting in transmissions that stand out for their specifications and ease of use.

Dong-I transmissions are quiet in operation, light in weight and with the same reduction in both front and rear. They are easy to maintain and require no consumables, except for the zinc anode.

Technodrive

Twin Disc is the manufacturer of Technodrive marine transmissions, among other brands in the marine and industrial sectors. It was founded in 1918 and in the 1930s its marine transmissions began to be used for fishing boats on the Great Lakes between the USA and Canada. Subsequently, the transmissions were used in LCVPs, the landing craft used by the US during World War II.

Performance in these applications cemented the foundations of one of the world’s leading manufacturers of marine transmissions, which today has a worldwide presence in all types of vessels – commercial, recreational and military.
